Most template shops stop at the download. We stay until your site is live.

Questions, answered
Pro or Pro + Launch?
Comfortable installing a Joomla template and changing its settings? Pro is all you need. Want a site that's set up and ready for your content? Pro + Launch costs $100 more in the first year and saves you the setup work.
What happens after the first year?
Both plans renew as Pro at $74 a year, 25% off. Launch is a one-time service, so you only pay for it once.
How long does Launch take?
Your site is ready within 2 business days from when we have your brief and access to your site.
What if I need more than 2 hours of changes?
We tell you before going over and send a fixed quote for the extra work. Nothing is billed without your OK.
I'm already a Pro member. Can I get Launch?
Yes. Add Launch for a one-time $100 while your Pro membership is active.
Can I use the templates and extensions on client websites?
Yes — Pro covers unlimited websites, including your clients'. Launch covers the setup of one site.
How fast is support?
We reply in under 12 hours on business days and fix bugs in our products within 1–2 days. For anything urgent, message us on Telegram or Discord.
What happens if my membership ends?
Your websites keep working — our products are GPL. You stop receiving new downloads, updates and support until you join again.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within the terms of our refund policy.
