What do I need before I order?
Hosting with a domain where Joomla can run (most hosts with PHP and MySQL can), your logo, and an idea of the pages you need. If you're not sure about hosting, tell us in the brief and we'll advise you.
Can I pick any template?
Yes, any template in our catalog. Not sure yet? Browse the live demos first, or tell us about your business in the brief and we'll suggest one.
How long does it take?
Your site is ready within 2 business days from when we have your brief and access to your site.
What counts as "2 hours of customization"?
Changes inside the template: moving or hiding sections, adjusting menus and modules, setting up the contact form, small style tweaks. If your list needs more time, we tell you before going over and send a fixed quote. Nothing is billed without your OK.
How do you get access to my site?
After you send the brief we email you to arrange access securely. Never put passwords in the brief. Change them after hand-over if you like.
Do you write my content?
No. Launch gives you a site that's set up and branded, ready for your text and images. Content writing, new features and moving an old site are custom work with a fixed quote.
What happens after the first year?
Pro + Launch renews as Pro at $74 a year, 25% off. Launch is a one-time service, so you only pay for it once. If you stop, your site keeps working.
