PX University: change the brand colors without editing template files

Use the template style, not the files: System → Site Template Styles → your PX University style → Theme tab. The brand colors are there and the whole template uses them. Template updates don't touch the style settings.

And if you need a color the style doesn't offer, put the CSS in templates//local/css/custom.css – the local folder is kept on updates too.
